Thirteen years, a hundred plus projects, and a simple operating rule — the work has to be right where nobody will ever look.
MSH Construction began in 2012 with a small civil crew and one uncomfortable observation: most projects don't fail because of bad intentions. They fail because nobody owns the handoffs — the civil team blames the plumber, the plumber blames the tiler, and the client pays for all of it.
So we built the company the other way round. Civil, MEP and finishing sit under one roof with one project engineer accountable end to end. If a chase gets cut in the wrong place, there is exactly one person to answer for it — and that has done more for our quality than any inspection checklist ever could.
To make good construction ordinary — accurate estimates, honest materials, disciplined schedules and finished work that holds up long after the last invoice is cleared.
To be the contractor Indian families and developers recommend without hesitation, known for structures that age well and projects that finish when we said they would.
Say the real number. Use the specified material. Fix it before it gets covered. Show up when promised. Everything else in our process follows from those four.
Six things we do differently — and the reason most of our work now comes from referrals.
Civil, MEP and finishing under one contract. No vendor blame games when something doesn't line up.
Itemised BOQ up front, written approval for any variation, and a final bill that matches what we quoted.
Every site has a civil engineer present, not a supervisor calling the office when a decision is needed.
Brands and grades are listed in the agreement. What arrives on site is what you signed for — bills available.
Progress photos, milestone status and spend against budget — sent every week whether you ask or not.
10-year structural warranty and one year on waterproofing, plumbing and electrical workmanship.
A site that is unsafe is usually also badly organised — and badly organised sites produce bad work. We treat both as the same problem.
A free consultation, a site visit and a written estimate — no obligation, no pressure.
